Naya Work (nayawork.in) is a free, independent government job notification portal built for the millions of young Indians who aspire to build a career in public service. Our Mission
Millions of government job openings are announced every year across India. But the information is scattered across hundreds of official websites — each with a different format, different update frequency, and often difficult to navigate. Many deserving candidates miss application deadlines simply because they did not find out about the job in time.
Our mission is simple: make sure no eligible candidate misses a government job opportunity due to lack of timely information. We aggregate notifications from official sources, present them in a clear format, and update our database every 6 hours so you always see the freshest listings.
How It Works
Our automated system checks official government recruitment portals and the Employment News every 6 hours for new job notifications. When a new recruitment advertisement is released, our system:
- Fetches the notification from the official government website (*.gov.in, *.nic.in, official bank/institution sites)
- Downloads and reads the official PDF advertisement where available
- Extracts key information: organisation, post names, vacancies, eligibility, dates, fee, and application links
- Publishes a structured, easy-to-read page with direct links to the official notification PDF and official apply portal
All application links on Naya Work go directly to the official government website — we never redirect you through intermediary sites.
